S9 - PIA Pole Stepping on Congested Pole

Service Description

Duration 2 Days This re-accreditation is for Communication Providers (CP) engineers and contractors working in the Openreach infrastructure including Northern Ireland. On successful completion the delegate will be certified to undertake relevant work on the OpenReach network in accordance with current Openreach terms and conditions - certified to maximise available space in the upper pole. The module assesses the delegate’s knowledge and ability to increase space in the upper pole envelope by moving the top bass step downwards in line with the current PIA terms and conditions and also to understand the new upper envelope of space and its measurement. Pre-Requisites: SA001 - Safety Overhead
